About Joey Chan
Joey Chan (陳穎堅) is an expert in organisational development, leadership, and strategy implementation, with over 20 years of experience guiding transformative change. His recent collaborations include Ant Financial and Zhengzhou Synear Food Co., Ltd., where he addressed complex challenges and drove growth. Currently, he is engaged in a two-year Developmental Organisations program with Louis Vuitton (China).
Joey’s unique qualifications stem from his interdisciplinary knowledge in leadership, systems thinking, and organisational change. He has developed an “Adaptive Leadership” framework that integrates insights from adult consciousness development and futurology. Additionally, he has translated key texts on leadership and organisational development, enhancing the discourse in these fields.
