Autistic individuals usually have special traits/skills such as high concentration, strong memory, indifference to repetitive or monotonous operations, and different artistic talents. We are here to help discovering their strength, offering trainings and workshops, ultimately matching them with suitable job roles for them to unleash their talent and to glow and flourish.
Our Unleashing Talent program can offer trainings to high-functioning autistic persons to identify and enhance their strengths for career opportunities. Graduated candidates from our internship programs will be offered career matching support by LoveXpress.
TARGET GROUP
High-functioning autistic youths aged 15-30
Career Matching
Once an individual has graduated from internship program, we will provide an evaluation report. The report will identify their strengths and weaknesses, and we will discuss with the parents to identify plausible next steps such as reach out to potential corporates, or working under the umbrella of LoveXpress.
To create protected environment for autistic youths to perform and unleashing talents, LoveXpress has developed social enterprieses and programs run by our sub affiliates The Edible Projects and Greenskies for long-term employment opportunities.
