Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial factors in the development of children with SEN. However, we also understand that financial barriers can prevent families from accessing the care they need. At LoveXpress, we are committed to breaking down these barriers and providing families with the support they need to give their child the best possible start in life.
Our family-centric social program, in collaboration with sub-affiliate LEX Centre, offers a variety of services, including diagnosis, various forms of therapy and family activities to help your child grow up healthily under your guidance. We believe that every child deserves equal opportunities to reach their full potential, regardless of their financial circumstances. That’s why we provide supported access of our services to families with low income, where we offer successful applicants up to 70% subsidised funding to support their children.
We understand that being a parent of a child with SEN can be challenging, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
TARGET GROUP
Low-income family with SEN child
Families under tge CSSA financial scheme are eligible for 70% of subsidised funding.
Families with a family income of HKD$20,000 – $30,000 are eligible for 50% of subsidised funding.

We will contact you as soon as possible with the determined course for you and your child. If we have exceeded our quota, you will receive a complimentary consultation to determine the best course of action for their child’s needs.
