UpCareer is an AI-driven platform designed to empower neurodiverse individuals by assessing their strengths, identifying suitable career paths, and providing training before they enter the workforce. Committed to bridging the gap between neurodiversity and employment, LoveXpress has partnered with Redmer U Hong Kong to enhance our Career Support Program, helping youths unlock their potential in society.

Why UpCareer?

Without hands-on experience, many youths find it difficult to anticipate and practice real-life skills. LoveXpress has created our Career Support Programs to bridge the gap between vocational training and job matching, offering a secure and supportive environment where youths can gain real-world employment experience. However, despite addressing this gap, we recognise that several challenges still exist that can impact our stars’ career paths.

Youths struggle to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and interests. This makes it hard for them to choose a career that suits them long-term.

Real-life challenges often arise that are not covered during training.

Society continues to question the abilities of SEN individuals and are unsure about how they can communicate with them.

Insufficient follow-up support for youths after they secure jobs.

With the establishment of UpCareer, LoveXpress aims to tackle these challenges by providing a comprehensive system that supports youths throughout their career journey—from choosing the right path and developing their skills to receiving ongoing training from employers.
