Career planning for Autistics

Background

Youth with autism face many challenges securing and sustaining employment in the job market. “Career Planning for Autistic” helps prepare them enter the work place; and helps business enterprises recognize the abilities of these youth, offer them appropriate jobs and co-create an empathetic and integrated working environment.

Program Objective

The program aims to promote the awareness of the untapped talent pool of youth with high functioning autism (HFAs) by offering them a holistic solution and an integrated self-development roadmap through guided self-awareness, vocational guidance with the support of collaborative school and corporate engagement. Our mission is to bridge the service gap between the underutilized talent pool among people with autism and the next generation talent acquisition by the business sectors.
