Terms & Conditions of the Activity

1. All artworks must be submitted before the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
2. Submissions must be original and unpublished. Any copyright disputes will be the sole responsibility of the participant. Previously submitted or awarded artworks are not eligible.
3. By submitting their artworks, participants agree that the organization may use the rights to these works for a period of 18 months (starting from the announcement date of the selected entries).
4. The organization reserves the right to edit, copy, archive, transmit, publish, promote, exhibit, and print the submitted works and information without prior consent from the participants and without any payment. The final decision on the use of the works remains with the organization.
5. Artworks must not contain content involving nudity, violence, inappropriate themes, or commercial advertisements.
6. Personal data will be used solely for event-related communication and updates.
7. Selected participants agree to the public disclosure of their name and related materials.
8. Submitted physical artworks will not be returned (please keep a copy/photo for your records). Copyright of selected works will be owned by LoveXpress.
9. The organizer’s decisions are final and binding. Participants must respect the final results.
10. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage during delivery or judging.
11. LoveXpress reserves the right to amend rules or disqualify participants without prior notice.
12. By submitting the registration form, participants agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
13. In the event of any disputes, LoveXpress reserves the final right of interpretation and decision.
